Go ahead and grab another cup of joe.
Another study is out touting the benefits of coffee.
Researchers in the United Kingdom looked at how coffee drinking habits affected mortality.
It followed more than half a million participants aged 38 to 73-years-old for 10 years.
This may surprise you — but researchers found the more coffee a person drank, up to 8 cups a day, the lower their risk of early death.
The benefit was there for decaf coffee, too.
The results were released Monday in JAMA Internal Medicine, a peer-reviewed medical journal published monthly by the American Medical Association.
