OAKLAND (KRON) — The popularity of Stephen Curry and his Golden State Warriors soared during the NBA Playoffs and Finals. That was evident in new figures released Tuesday that show Curry and Warriors NBA merchandise top the list of best sellers.

According to overall sales figures from NBAStore.com, the league’s MVP and the Warriors ranked No. 1 on the NBA’s most popular merchandise list from April through June.

Curry moved up the list from the No. 2 spot for jersey sales from the 2014-15 regular season. That puts him ahead of Cleveland Cavaliers LeBron James, who is currently No. 2. The Warriors emerged as the top-selling team, taking the No. 1 spot from the Chicago Bulls, who fell to No. 3 on the list.

Warriors guard Klay Thompson and Defensive Player of the Year runner-up Draymond Green also earned spots on the NBA Top-Selling Jerseys List for the first time at No. 5 and No. 15, respectively.
