OAKLAND (KRON) — Stephen Curry made a young fan’s birthday when he gave the boy his shoes after the Golden State Warriors beat the Orlando Magic Thursday night.
Curry scored 51 points and set an NBA record with a 3-pointer in his 128th consecutive game in Orlando.
After the game, Curry noticed a young fan holding up a sign saying “Curry, it’s my birthday!”
So what did the NBA’s MVP do? He took off his shoes on the court, signed them, then gave them to the boy before heading in to the locker room.
According to an Instagram post, the young fan saved up $400 to buy tickets to watch Curry play.
