PALO ALTO (KRON) — Police have arrested a suspect at a home on the 900 block of Elsinore Drive in Palo Alto. According to police, they surrounded the home and engaged in a several hour stand-off with the suspected barricaded inside the home. An elderly resident was initially inside the home with the suspect but was later able to get out and is safe, according to police.
