SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police in South San Francisco are investigating a purse snatching that happened Monday afternoon.
The robbery happened around 1:20 p.m. on Monday in a parking lot in the 400 block of South Airport Boulevard.
Police said that a woman was loading groceries into her car when somebody came up behind her and grabbed the woman’s purse from her left shoulder. The person ran off with the woman’s purse before she was able to see who had robbed her.
The woman was not injured in the purse snatching.
