Authorities say smoke from two grass fires burning in Solano County Sunday afternoon is visible from the East Bay, specifically Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
There is was a fire burning in Vacaville and another blaze, dubbed the Branscombe Fire, burning along Hwy 12 and Walters Road in Suisun, according to authorities.
The Branscombe fire has burned more than 4,000 acres and is now 70-percent contained, according to the Solano County Sheriff’s Office.

All lanes on Highway 12 between Walters and Brancscombe Road in Suisun City have re-opened as of 1 p.m. following a closure in both directions.
All lanes on EB and WB I-80 to I-505 N in Vacaville have been re-opened since closing for a short time Sunday.
Do not call 911 if you see smoke.
Authorities are reminding people that a Red Flag Warning is in effect in the Bay Area through Monday.
