Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo has a new member of the family!
The theme park is now the home of a newborn California sea lion.
The pup was born Sunday night at the park’s Seal Cove habitat to mom 4-year-old Pebbles.
The theme park isn’t sure yet if it’s a boy or girl.
“So far, maternal instincts of first-time mom Pebbles has kicked in just right, with the pup nursing soon after birth, a great sign of a healthy pup,” the theme park said in a statement.
