PITTSBURG (KRON) — Shots were fired at a man driving with children in the car Friday afternoon in Pittsburg, police said.
Police said officers were flagged down by a 35-year-old Antioch man holding his neck. He told police he had just been shot.
It happened as he was driving into the intersection of Diane Avenue and El Pueblo Avenues.
The man said his two children were in the car at the time. They were not hurt.
The man was taken to John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek.
Police said he is in stable condition.
