SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A shelter in place has been lifted after crews stopped a gas leak in San Francisco’s Chinatown on Thursday afternoon.

The advisory was issued after third-party construction crew ruptured a half-inch gas line at Washington and Stockton streets at about 1:40 p.m., according to a fire dispatcher.

The dispatcher said firefighters and PG&E crews are on scene.

No one has been injured, the dispatcher said.
