SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — An SFPD officer arrested last month for alleged domestic violence, assault and obstructing the use of a wireless device pleaded not guilty in San Francisco Superior Court on Friday.

According to prosecutors, San Francisco police officer Craig Perry was arrested for domestic violence on May 22 and posted $103,000 bail sometime thereafter.

Perry’s preliminary hearing was set for today at 9 a.m. according to the district attorney’s office.

According to police spokesman Albie Esparza, Perry is currently on unpaid administrative leave.

Perry’s defense attorney, Bill Fazio, was not immediately available for comment on the case this morning.
