(KRON) Lingering showers expected today around the Bay Area, with most of the activity in the North Bay. Our next frontal system is set to arrive tonight and go into tomorrow.
Widespread rainfall will return to the North Bay tonight and then will spread across the remainder of the region throughout tomorrow morning. Moderate to heavy rainfall with breezy to gusty southerly winds and slight thunderstorm potential will accompany tomorrow’s frontal passage.KRON4’S HOUR BY HOUR FORECAST
Lingering showers are possible tomorrow night with another weak system pushing through late Monday into Monday night. Mainly dry conditions return for the latter half of the upcoming work week.
Mostly cloudy skies today with highs from the low 60s to low 70s. Southwest winds could reach 5 to 15 mph. This afternoon should be mostly dry around the Bay Area. Tonight will be mostly cloudy with the showers returning.
Lows will be in the 50s. South winds could reach 10 to 20 mph. Tomorrow’s highs will be similar to today’s with south winds possibly reaching 15 to 20 mph.
