SANTA ROSA (KRON) — Santa Rosa police say they have identified the graffiti artist using the moniker “Ask” after a yearlong search.
Investigators say they arrested 32-year old Richard James Price at his Rohnert Park home where they say they found evidence tying him to the alleged tagging.
Santa Rosa police say they believe Price is responsible for at least 438 acts of vandalism against both public and private property causing more than $17,000 in damage just this year.
Price remains in the Sonoma County Jail facing two felony charges of vandalism. Police in Santa Rosa say they continue to search for other graffiti artists in their city responsible for destroying property.
