SAN JOSE (KRON) — San Jose police have arrested a suspect accused of killing two people in a double hit-and-run on Camden Avenue in February, according to Ofc. Albert Morales.

The collision involving two cars happened on Feb. 20 at around 9:31 p.m. on Camden Avenue and Hicks Road. When officers arrived, they found two cars on the road with major damage.

Sandra Morse, 57, of Los Gatos, died at the scene, and 59-year-old Christopher Durbin, also of Los Gatos, was rushed to the hospital where he died.

Police arrested 33-year-old Craig Allen, of San Jose, on Aug. 3 for the deaths. He is being charged with double homicide.

Allen was booked into Santa Clara County Jail.
