San Francisco is trying to make it easier for Warriors fans to get to the new Chase Center Arena.
On Wednesday, Mayor London Breed announced the city is working on ferry service to the Mission Bay Neighborhood.
The ferry service would only be for Warriors Games or other events at the new arena.
Officials hope to have it up and running by next season.
The interim service is expected to help alleviate traffic in the area.
A permanent ferry landing will service the area year-round, but that won’t be completed until 2021.
