SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco police have arrested a man accused of having sexual contact with a girl through social media, police said on Friday.
Police were tipped about the contact in late May, Ofc. Giselle Talkoff said. During the investigation, police identified the suspect as 45-year-old Alameda resident Emmanuel Ellison.
Police said Ellison sent numerous “graphic sexual images” of himself to the girl.
Police arrested Ellison on Thursday in Alameda. He is being booked into San Francisco County Jail on two felony counts of sending harmful material to a minor and two misdemeanor counts of arranging to meet with a minor for sexual contact.
