SAN FRANCISCO (KRON)—A man who allegedly operated an escort service in San Francisco has been arrested on felony charges including rape, according to police.
43-year-old David Carrasco also known as “Joey Noble” was arrested on Nov.26 after someone accused him of sexual assault.
Carrasco, who police say operated the service on Craigslist and other websites, was booked into the San Francisco Jail on Nov. 29, according to jail records. Carrasco is still in custody with a bail set to $1.5 million.
He faces felony charges including rape, sodomy, sexual penetration, false imprisonment and keeping a home for prostitution and pimping, according to records.
His next court date is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday.
