A San Diego father is reunited with his children after a woman stole the car they were sitting in from a parking lot.
She made a beeline for Mexico, and his 8-year-old daughter’s call to 911 from the back seat helped authorities stop her.
Police say the suspect is 18-to-20 years old.
They don’t know what her motive was in the theft and kidnapping.
