SAN BRUNO (KRON) — San Bruno police have arrested a 22-year-old woman accused of running over a J.C. Penny security guard with a car after she was caught shoplifting at the Shops at Tanforan mall on Wednesday, police Sgt. Ryan Johansen said.
San Francisco resident Shaquett Thompson allegedly took several items from the store at around 1:15 p.m. A store security guard then followed her out to her car, Johansen said.
