Another mass shooting in America, this time at a bar in Southern California that left 13 people dead, has some residents fearing that these types of events are becoming the new normal.
Brad Engmann, co-owner of Threat Scenarios, offered some tips on how to respond in an active shooter scenario.
Engman, who trains civilians and law enforcement, says the first step is to have a plan.
