OAKLAND (KRON) — The Golden State Warriors are now just seven wins away from breaking the Chicago Bulls record of 72 wins in a season.
That 1995-96 bulls team won 72 games. Right now, the Warriors are 66-7. They are on pace to finish with a record of 74-8.
The Warriors have to win seven of their final nine games to set the record. On paper, the biggest threat to the Warriors is the San Antonio Spurs.
