(KRON)—People took the time to watch a rare eclipse in Chile on Sunday.
The ring of fire eclipse is spotted once a year in parts of the southern hemisphere, according to NASA.
Those living in Chile, Argentina and Angola could see the eclipse.
It is called the ring of fire eclipse because the moon is too far away from the earth to cover the whole moon.
