RICHMOND (KRON) — Bay Area fireworks enthusiasts don’t have to wait until the Fourth to see a pyrotechnic show light up the sky. Richmond is planning a light show on Friday as part of its annual “Third of July Celebration.”
The event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. at Marina Bay Park. The event promises live blues music and activities for children. Admission is free.
The waterfront fireworks show is set to begin at about 9:15 p.m.
