SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police are investigating a home invasion robbery that happened in San Francisco on Wednesday night, according to police.

Four men in their 20s and 30s broke into a home on the 300 block of Amazon Avenue in the city’s Excelsior District at around 11:45 a.m., police said.

The suspects, who were not armed, physically assaulted a 70-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man living in the home.

The assault of the woman possibly caused her to lose consciousness, police said.

The suspects took money, medication and papers. They then fled the area on foot.

The victim complained of pain to the neck but refused transport to the hospital.

No arrests have been made.
