RICHMOND (KRON) — A 62-year-old man was shot and killed during an invasion of his home in Richmond.
Officers responded to the home located in the 62-hundred block of Sutter Avenue around 9:30 p.m. after reports of gunfire, according to Richmond police spokesman Sgt. Nicole Abetkov.
The victim, whose identity is being withheld was pronounced dead at the scene.
This is the latest in an unusually high crime year.
According to police there are multiple suspects in the case, but so far no arrests have been made.
