Report: NYPD sergeant charged for splashing semen on administrative aide

NEW YORK (KRON) — A veteran New York City Police Department sergeant has pleaded not guilty Wednesday to splashing semen on an administrative aide, according to the New York Post.

54-year-old Sgt. Michael Iscenko faced misdemeanor sexual abuse charges in a Manhattan courtroom. He appeared at his arraignment, with his hands cuffed behind his back, the New York Post said.

Iscenko allegedly approached the aide, who is a civilian employee and was the sergeant’s colleague, from behind as she walked down a hallway. Police said he then threw the semen on her shoe and leg on January 23, according to the New York Post.

The victim reported the incident to her supervisors, the New York Post said.

Police arrested Iscenko at One Police Plaza Wednesday morning, police said.

The assistant district attorney recommended he plead guilty and complete four years of therapy.

A bondsman posted Iscenko’s $3,000 bail.

Iscenko was suspended after the alleged incident.
