REDWOOD CITY (KRON)—A woman in Redwood City is missing Monday afternoon and she is considered at risk.
Cuc Pham was last seen on Page Street. Pham was wearing pink sweater, blue pants with a stripe and lots of jewelry.
She is considered at risk because she suffers from dementia.
