FRIENDSWOOD, TX (WCMH) – A real estate agent who recently sold a home is in hot water after she was caught breaking into that home for a ‘passionate rendezvous.’
Neighbors called police last week after someone reported seeing flashlights shining throughout the house near Houston, KTRK reports.
When officers responded and peeked the window, they found 22-year-old Marisa Seloff and 27-year-old Joshua Leal on the floor in what investigators called a ‘passionate rendezvous.’
Police said Seloff initially claimed she had just purchased the home. The officer asked for ID, and when she got it from her car, police noticed marijuana and a pipe inside.
That’s when Seloff admitted who she was, according to police.
It turned out, she was the real estate agent for the home, not the owner. The new owner had just closed on the home the day before.
The pair was arrested and taken to jail where bond was set at $1,000. The new owner filed criminal trespassing charges.
