LAKE COUNTY (KRON) – A 5.1 magnitude earthquake has hit near Upper Lake in Lake County on Tuesday night, according to the USGS.
The quake struck at around 7:57 p.m., about 19 kilometers (5.6 miles) north-northeast of Upper Lake. The quake had a depth of 18.5 kilometers (11.5 miles).
The quake struck about 115 miles east of Sacramento.
Viewers from as far as the South Bay reported feeling the quake.
