ANTIOCH (KRON) — Darrion Earl Miles, Sr. is defending his 17-year-old son Tuesday night telling KRON 4 News he did not rape the Domino’s Pizza delivery driver.

Miles claims that no gun was found and believes there was consensual sex between the two.

Darrion Earl Miles, Jr. was arrested Sunday morning after the victim told police that she was kidnapped at gunpoint, raped, and robbed as she was trying to deliver pizza at a residence on Bluebell Circle in Antioch.

“My son said he didn’t do nothing and I’m going to believe him until they prove otherwise,” Miles said.

He questions the chronology of events that have been reported and says that there was too much distance to cover in a short period of time for there to be a sexual attack.

“How many women are going to stand up there and get raped without putting up a fight,” said Miles Sr. “Ask them [investigators] if there were any scratches on him.”

According to police, the victim said that she had exited her car when the suspect approached her and forced her back into her vehicle at gunpoint.

The teen ordered her to drive to an undisclosed location a few blocks away where he proceeded to rape the victim. After the attack, the suspect forced the woman to drive him back to the Bluebell Circle residence, robbed the woman, then ran into the home.

Miles Jr. is facing eight felony charges including kidnap for the purpose of committing rape or sexual assault, forcible oral copulation, and making terrorist threats.
