(AP) – Rain and snow are back in Northern California after a midmorning lull.
Forecasters expect up to 4 feet of snow in the higher crests of the Sierra Nevada and up to 18 inches in Truckee and South Lake Tahoe.
Caltrans officials said Saturday that traffic on Interstate 80 is stopped at Truckee because of a traffic collision.
