‘Rainbow Crew’ ransacks San Francisco department store, police ID three suspects

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police believe they have identified three suspects involved with a crime ring that has struck several stores in San Francisco and across the state. The group’s latest hit was caught on video, which clearly shows two Bay Area women previously wanted for outstanding warrants.

On July 28, approximately 7 female and 2 male suspects dressed in hooded sweatshirts and beanies, rushed into the Ulta department store on Geary Boulevard and ransacked over $11,000 in cologne and perfume from display racks until their bags were full.

They then fled together on foot southbound from Geary Boulevard.

According to police, the group of shoplifters are known for their method of burglarizing high-end retailers. Police have described their actions as pre-planned and coordinated with specific intent to enter the business and steal.

Investigators from Richmond Station and allied law enforcement agencies worked with retail loss prevention representatives and were able to identify three of the nine suspects involved, police said.

R’Mani Minard, 21, of San Francisco, wanted for several outstanding warrants from San Diego Co., Solano Co., Alameda Co., Pleasanton Police Department, and Walnut Creek Police Department. Violations include Robbery, Burglary, Assault with a Deadly weapon, and Theft.

Mercedes Cannorier, 31, of San Francisco, is currently on probation for burglary out of Los Angeles Co.

And the third suspect, Andrea Rose, 40, of Oakland, is wanted for outstanding narcotics violations out of San Francisco.

If apprehended, the group will face felony 2nd degree burglary and felony conspiracy charges, police said.
