SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — By 9:30 Tuesday skies in San Francisco had turned blue, letting people venture outside to San Francisco’s Ferry building.

Earlier in the morning, rain had been heavy on the Embarcadero.

Once the rain cleared up a bit, people started to come outside.

Despite blue skies, people chose to bring some insurance with them; their umbrellas.
