About 100 people gathered in San Francisco Saturday to protest the recent U.S. military airstrikes against Syria.
“Stop the bombing,” was one of the many chants that were heard during the protests.
The group says delivering their message to political leaders is crucial.
One protest began in front of Senator Dianne Feinstein home. The Code Pink organization then marched down Broadway to Nancy Pelosi’s house.
“It was terrifying because it’s an escalation of the war and it’s his way of trying to lure russia and other countries into confrontation,” a protester told KRON4.
The ‘Spring Action’ group will host a similar march and rally Sunday in Oakland beginning at 11 a.m.
