The power is out in 10 buildings at Stanford University on Wednesday night.
The outage started at around 3 p.m. About 50 buildings were without power, but as of 8:30 p.m., only 10 buildings are without power.
Classes have been canceled in affected buildings.
Officials are investigating the outage.
Residential buildings and dining halls were not affected by the outage.
