(Inside California Politics) — Just two weeks after a deadly mass shooting at a San Jose VTA yard, Mayor Sam Liccardo is outlining a controversial, 10-point proposal that he says will reduce gun violence in the city and incentivize safe gun ownership.
“If we can separate guns from people who are not going to follow the law, then we are going to be making our community safer,” he said.
