SANTA CRUZ (KRON) — The Santa Cruz Police Department is warning residents of high winds throughout the city, causing power outages and downed trees.
The department says winds could reach upwards of 20 miles per hour.
Police responded today to a report of a downed tree that severely damaged a car. The car ended up with a broken back window and damaged back bumper.
