San Rafael police have arrested a 20-year-old man accused of selling marijuana to high school kids, authorities said.

In February, police received many complaints about drug dealing in the Grestle Park neighborhood.

After an investigation, police arrested 20-year-old Miguel Eduardo Moises-Hernandez, of San Rafael.

Police say Hernandez sold marijuana to children as young as 14.

Hernandez was arrested at the Marin County Probation Office during a routine check-in.

Police searched his home and found 4 pounds of “processed, concentrated and edible marijuana,” along with $10,000 cash.

Hernandez was booked into the Marin County Jail for the following:

  • 11361(A) H&S, selling marijuana to a minor
  • 11353.6(b) H&S, selling marijuana within 1000 feet of a school
  • 1203.2 PC, violation of his probation
  • 12022.1 PC, committing a felony while out on bail and 11359 H&S, possession of marijuana for sale.
