DETROIT (KRON) — Video surveillance at a gas station helped Detroit police catch a woman they say had been hiding a gun in her underwear.
The video showed the woman at around 4 a.m Sunday. She had been seen firing at someone in a car.
Police managed to get a good look. And then, within about two hours, they had a suspect in custody.
A new 24-hour camera was a big help, according to police.
The woman was eventually shot by police during a confrontation but she is expected to survive.
