Here is the full statement from police:
We are looking to speak with additional victims of a man who was caught grabbing at least one young woman inappropriately during a concert on Friday.
On Aug. 17 at 10:40 pm, officers assisting at the Charlie Puth concert at Shoreline Amphitheater responded to reports of a sexual battery at the venue. We met with a 17-year-old victim, who stated that a suspect, later identified as 25-year-old Union City resident Jordan Williams, had touched her inappropriately during the concert.
The suspect and the victim did not know each other.
While speaking with the teen, we were told that other women in the area (on the lawn seating portion inside the venue) may have been touched inappropriately by Williams as well.
Williams was subsequently detained and arrested for sexual battery and transported to the Santa Clara County Jail.
Based on our investigation, we are concerned that Williams may have touched others inappropriately at the concert. If you or someone you know interacted with Williams on Friday, Aug. 17, please call Detective Marco Garcia at 650-903-6356.
