OAKLAND (KRON) – Police are investigating two separate shootings in Oakland that happened Friday morning and Thursday afternoon, police said.

The first shootings was reported around 6:45 a.m. in the 2700 block of Market Street.

Responding officers found a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was conscious and breathing, according to police.

The victim was transported to a nearby hospital. His current condition is unknown.

The second shooting took place around 4:09 a.n. in the 900 block of 69th Avenue.

Officers found a male victim with gunshot wounds, police said.
