RODEO (KRON) — Police are investigating a suspicious death after a woman’s body was found at a beach in Rodeo earlier in July, according to police with the East Bay Regional Park District.
A family that was fishing found the body of 27-year-old Dara Toeun at a beach at Lone Tree Point on July 2, police said.
Toeun had only been living in the area since January, according to police.
A GoFundMe page has been set up by friends to held raise money for her funeral that is scheduled to be held on Thursday in San Jose.
Police are asking that anyone who knew her or has information about her last known whereabouts call them at (510) 690-6549.
