SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police in San Francisco are investigating a double shooting that sent two men to the hospital early Thursday morning.
Shots were fired shortly after 2 a.m. on 17th Street in between Mission and Hoff Streets, according to police.
The two victims, ages 39 and 36, were sitting in their car when they were shot.
Both victims were taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for their injuries, which are considered life-threatening, police said.
The car has bullet holes and the windows. The car is being towed for investigation.
No detailed description was immediately available for the male shooting suspect, who may have had a female accomplice, according to police.
