SAN FRANCISCO — An San Francisco elementary school has been evacuated this morning because of a bomb threat.
Police say Jose Ortega Elementary School at 400 Sargent St. was evacuated after a bomb threat was found on a note on campus and reported at 7:38 a.m.
Students were sent home with their parents while police responded to the campus.
No other information about the incident was immediately available this morning.
