OAKLAND (KRON) — One person was sent to the hospital early Tuesday morning after being shot in Oakland.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. to the 300 block of Hegenberger Road, about two miles from the Oakland Coliseum.
Upon arrival, police located a victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
The victim was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
Police said it appears there may have been three suspects.
The motive for the shooting is not known at this time.
Police in Oakland are actively investigating the shooting.
