MORGAN HILL (KRON)—A 48-year-old man was arrested in Morgan Hill Friday after police found over $1,000 worth of drugs hidden inside his car, according to police.
Officers pulled over the car for code violations when a man was driving near Dunne Ave. and San Simeon Drive, police said.
The driver has been identified as Daniel Velasco. He is accused of driving with a suspended licence, according to police.
Officers found large amounts of methamphetamine hidden inside Velasco’s car, police said.
Velasco was arrested on suspicion of narcotics sales.
He has been booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
