PLEASANT HILL (KRON)—Crews had to extricate one person from an SUV in Pleasant Hill Thursday afternoon after it flipped over in a crash, according to a fire marshal.
The two-car crash was reported around noon near the intersection of Taylor Blvd. and Norse Drive, Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Fire Marshal Robert Marshall said.
The SUV rolled over in the crash and the person inside had to be extricated.

The fire department reports the person has major injuries, Marshall said.
Another person in the car was also hurt, but not seriously.
Fire crews are still on the scene of the car crash.
