SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – As the first major storm of the season approaches, PG&E crews are preparing for the rain around the Bay Area.

PG&E crews are focusing on trees that could cause problems during Friday’s storm.

KRON4’s Will Tran spent the morning with PG&E crews in Mill Valley, a place that’s often hit by flooding, mudslides, and downed trees during the rainy season.

Crews are working to remove debris, especially around any power lines, before the storm hits.
