A man was arrested in Petaluma on Friday morning after officers found that he was in possession of a stolen assault rifle, in addition to two other firearms and three pounds of marijuana.
Around 8:30 a.m. detectives arrived at a house in the 500 block of Albert Way.
Officials had information on 36-year-old Christopher Rosen who was possibly in possession of an illegal assault rifle.
Police say Rosen was also suspected for trying to sell firearms online.
During the search of the house, the four people inside were taken into custody.
Authorities found a loaded assault rifle that was determined as being stolen from a home in Cloverdale.
In addition, police found two loaded firearms and three pounds of marijuana, they say Rosen was getting ready to mail to other states.
Rosen has been arrested and taken to County Jail for possession of firearms and having a criminal active protective order, offering to sell high capacity gun magazines and an assault rifle, and possession of stolen property.
The other three suspects were released.
Back in August, police say they responded to the same house for a robbery and shooting call.
In this case, four black men reportedly robbed and shot at people in the house.
No arrests have been made for this case.
