PETALUMA (KRON) — According to police a Petaluma man with two previous DUI convictions in the last 10 years was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of DUI.

Kevin Odea, 59, was traveling on B Street at 1:39 p.m. when he was pulled over after police received information he might be driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said Odea showed numerous signs of being under the influence of alcohol and performed poorly on a field sobriety test.

Odea is currently on probation for a DUI offense, and was required to have a interlock device on his vehicle, although the Honda he was driving did not have the device, police said.

Odea’s car was towed and will be impounded for 15 days.BCN helped contribute to this report
