SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Say hello to Marshall, KRON4’s Pet of the Week! Isn’t he handsome?
Marshall is a male 7-month-old German Shepherd/Redbone Coonhound mix. His owner surrendered him and his two siblings because the man had too many dogs.
Marshall has been a backyard dog most of his life and is starving for love and attention. When you pet him, he whimpers with joy.
The large tan boy is still a puppy and is lacking in the manners department. The shelter has been working with him to improve, but he would be a fun dog to take to a Family Dog training class.
Marshall loves to chase balls in the dog yard, but right now all this big boy wants is love. He is trying to make up for lost time.
He was originally at the SPCA of Clearlake but was moved to Pets Lifeline in Sonoma to help make room for fire victims.
Are you his forever home?
Marshall is waiting for you at Pets Lifeline in Sonoma. They are located at 19686 8th Street East and can be reached at (707) 996-4577.
